Payments
All fees are due in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the payment method you provide.

Intellectual property
ComplianceCopilot AI and its contents, including software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the data, documents, and information you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you give us a limited license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without our written permission.
AI disclaimer
ComplianceCopilot AI uses AI models to generate compliance summaries, reminders, and guidance. These outputs are intended to help you understand compliance information more quickly, but they are not legal, tax, or professional advice.
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
- You should verify important decisions with your CA, CS, or legal advisor before taking action.
- We are not responsible for any loss or liability arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ComplianceCopilot AI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability, or the maximum extent permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. You can also request account deletion by contacting us. After termination, we may delete or retain your data as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
